Innovation at The Amble Estate
A community built on innovation and sustainability.
At The Amble Estate we are doing things differently!
We’re introducing new ideas to community living across the estate, including supporting sustainable living. We’re also introducing new construction techniques through our partners, Ventura Home Group.
We believe in providing a more sustainable and innovative future and this is how we are doing it.
Medium-density housing is a key concept at The Amble Estate. It assists in minimising the overall footprint and increases liveability. Increasing density near the city centre has been a goal for Western Australia for some time. By providing an innovatively designed small lot home on 150m2, you’re getting more liveable space, at an affordable price.
This approach is not only changing the way land developers go about constructing homes on smaller lots, but with the expertise of our partners, Ventura Home Group and Harris Architects, home designs are becoming more liveable for consumers.
For the first time in WA, we are offering the option for a solar power system to be installed on your home, at no cost to the home-buyer. This means you will receive a net 40% discount off your daytime solar energy*.
With a key focus on suitability and innovation, The Amble Estate is leading the way to a more environmentally-friendly and sustainable future for all.
Through our development building partner, Ventura Home Group, we’re using timber-framed constructions in a variety of homes.
This sustainable construction method helps reduce onsite waste and carbon emissions. While this is a revolutionary type of construction and new to Western Australia, it’s a commonly accepted method across the East Coast of Australia.
When you buy a home at The Amble Estate you will be offered two shower Oxijet showerhead pressure connectors.
When combined with your showerhead or hose, the Oxijet provides a full-pressure shower, while using 60% less water. The Oxijet incorporates CSIRO technology that infuses your shower stream with tiny air bubbles.
All Australian states have water restrictions or permanent water efficiency measures. While household water use is decreasing, prices are going up, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Oxijet is a cost-effective way to reduce your household water consumption.
The Amble Estate is committed to offering a sustainable community for everyone and as part of this commitment, the estate is proudly utilising the use of recycled and sustainable materials during construction. This initiative is part of the key principles of the One Planet Living Guidelines that will deliver a sustainable community for those living within The Amble Estate. the following materials are used during construction;
